Product Overview
Most power banks are useless after dark. The SL-501 puts a 10W panel light on the face of a 10000mAh pack, so one 175g body covers both the phone and the campsite. The light runs in four modes - full, half, SOS and strobe - and a double press of the GT button switches on the red-blue hazard light for breakdowns, roadside work or a group marker at night. A 5.5V/1W panel on the back tops the cell up in daylight, and a full mains recharge takes about five to six hours. The folding handle doubles as a hook for a tent pole or branch, a lanyard and carabiner are supplied, and an M6 thread on the base accepts a tripod so the light can stand at working height. The housing is waterproof and comes in black, white and grey.
