Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100 pcs for most power bank, speaker and USB flash drive models. Selected models can start from 2 pcs so retailers and startups can test the market first. Mixed orders across different models are accepted as long as each model reaches its own minimum.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Free samples are available on most models and the buyer covers the freight. Sample lead time is typically 5-7 days, and we confirm the exact sample cost together with your quotation.
Do you accept mixed-model orders?
Yes. You can combine different models and categories in one order, as long as each model meets its own MOQ. This is common for buyers building a first retail assortment.
OEM / ODM & Customization
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. We provide both. OEM covers logo, packaging, colors and graphic design; ODM covers product development. Our 7 in-house R&D engineers handle PCBA design through final assembly.
Can you print our logo and produce custom packaging?
Yes. Logo printing, custom colorways and retail packaging are all available. The exact minimum depends on the process and your artwork, and we confirm it within one working day after you send the files.
Can you develop a new product from our idea?
Yes. Share the target specification, price and market, and our engineering team will come back with a feasibility assessment, tooling requirement and development schedule.

Which certifications do you hold?
Our factory is ISO 9001 certified. Products carry CE, RoHS, FCC, KC and EN 62479, our wireless charging models are Qi certified, and social compliance is verified by amfori BSCI and Sedex SMETA.
How do you control quality during production?
Every order passes incoming material inspection, in-line QC during assembly and a final inspection before packing. Test reports and battery shipping documents are available on request.
Can I arrange a third-party inspection?
Yes. We welcome pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QC team.

What is your production lead time?
Samples take about 5-7 days. Bulk production is typically 15-25 days depending on quantity and customization, and can extend to 30 days for complex custom work. Our on-time dispatch rate on Alibaba.com is 99%.

Three production lines with 15 machines, an annual capacity of 700,000 units, and 78 staff including 7 R&D engineers.
Shipping & Payment
What shipping terms do you offer?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP for most destinations, by sea, air or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We recommend the most economical option for your volume and deadline.
What are your payment terms?
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Trade Assurance is available for orders placed through our Alibaba.com store.
